Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. Below is a sample contract. Final agreements must be signed before leasing. LEASING AGREEMENT This Leasing Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the ___ day of ____________, 2024, by and between: Brothers and a Laptop Production Company, with its principal place of business at [Address] ("Production Company"), and [Artist's Name], with an address at [Address] ("Artist"). RECITALS WHEREAS, the Production Company is engaged in the business of producing and promoting musical works; and WHEREAS, the Artist is a creator of musical works and desires to lease certain of their works to the Production Company for production, promotion, and distribution under the terms of this Agreement; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises herein contained, the parties agree as follows: 1. GRANT OF RIGHTS 1.1 The Artist hereby grants to the Production Company the non-exclusive right to produce, promote, distribute, and sell the musical works listed in Exhibit A (the "Works"). 1.2 The Production Company shall have the right to use the Artist's name, likeness, and biographical material for the purpose of promoting the Works. 2. TERM 2.1 This Agreement shall commence on the date first above written and shall continue for a period of one (1) year, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. 3. PROFIT SPLIT 3.1 The net profits from the production, promotion, and sale of the Works shall be split equally (50/50) between the Artist and the Production Company. 3.2 Net profits are defined as gross revenues received by the Production Company from the sale and exploitation of the Works, less all direct costs and expenses incurred in connection with the production, promotion, and distribution of the Works. 4. ACCOUNTING AND PAYMENTS 4.1 The Production Company shall provide the Artist with quarterly statements of account, detailing the gross revenues received, direct costs and expenses incurred, and the net profits calculated. 4.2 Payments to the Artist shall be made within thirty (30) days of the end of each calendar quarter. 5. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES 5.1 The Artist represents and warrants that they are the sole owner of the Works and have the full right and authority to enter into this Agreement and grant the rights herein.
